Alan M. Arsht

Mr. Arsht founded and is chief executive officer of M Space Holdings, LLC. Mr. Arsht operated his own investment banking business and before that he was a Senior Vice President and Managing Director of Corporate Finance at Thomson McKinnon Securities Inc. and a member of its Investment Committee. He was previously a Vice President of Corporate Finance at Wertheim & Co., Inc. Mr. Arsht has a distinguished government service record including Special Assistant to the Deputy Secretary of the U.S. Treasury, and Special Assistant to the Administrator of the Federal Energy Office. Mr. Arsht was also Assistant Branch Chief of the SEC in Washington, D.C. and he served in Vietnam as an officer on the U.S.S. Harwood. Mr. Arsht holds a BA from Texas A&M, and a MBA in Finance (with distinction) from American University.
