• Acquired overlay technology embedding in BPO process to increase efficiencies and improve operating margins

• Aggressively grew the business organically and through two additional acquisitions

• Tripled the size of the business to more than $250 million in annual revenues

• Today, the company has grown to over 2,000 full-time employees in 24 countries as well as a global network of more than 10,000 independent contractors covering more than 80 global markets
