Thomas Flathery

The Roundstone Group is a client focused merger and acquisition advisory firm. Previously, Mr. Flaherty served as General Partner at Weeden Capital Management, L.P., a technology-focused investment management firm. Prior to Weeden General Partners, he co-founded and served as General Partner at Applied Technology Partners, L.P., a venture capital partnership investing in the information industry. Mr. Flaherty’s experience also includes executive positions at Automatic Data Processing Inc. (ADP) where he was Director of Business Planning for the Financial Services Group with responsibility for acquisitions and at Data Resources Inc. (DRI) where he managed the New York regional consulting practice. Before joining DRI, Mr. Flaherty was an Instructor of Finance at The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania. He holds a B.A. degree in Economics from Southern Connecticut Statue University and did graduate studies in Finance and Econometrics at the University of Pennsylvania.
